Title:	Lights, Litter & Street Furniture Officer
Objectives:	To ensure that all street lighting is operational. To ensure that the village maintains a tidy appearance. To ensure that street furniture is maintained & fit for its intended purpose.
Key Responsibilities:	Carry out regular reviews (minimum 6 per year) to assess street lighting Report any failures or issues with lighting, promptly Conduct regular checks around the village (minimum 6 per year) to check for any litter issues Collect & dispose of litter as necessary Conduct annual inspection of street furniture Maintain a list of street furniture, along with details of condition & date of last inspection Provide reports to Parish Council Provide recommendations for improvements Arrange for maintenance or replacement of equipment
Other Notes:	Reconcile street furniture items with asset register
